Too many evening clutches are so small that they will not hold a phone and a lipstick. This bag is a perfect size, end it feels quite substantial.

I knew that I was taking a chance by ordering it so close to my daughter’s wedding. I contacted the customer service rep, and I was instantly in touch with the most helpful, polite representative ever! She promised no miracles, but said that they would do their best to get it to me in time. Unnfortunately, it arrived the day of the wedding, just six hours too late! I had already left the house by the time it had arrived. So, I was not able to keep the bag but I can tell you that it was beautiful. It seem to be well-made, and it would’ve been a stunning addition to my ensemble.

Even though this purchase did not work out, I would not hesitate to order from this company again, just based on the quality of their customer service department
